These turned out super cute!! A dear friend of mine, Kirsten, LOVES ice cream so I did another batch of these cookies for her. The icing for the 'strawberry' cones turned out a little to dark but the 'mint chocolate chip' ones made up for it. I even grated little semi-sweet chocolate morsels to sprinkle on them!! Oh, and I also did some of the cookies that looked like there was a bite taken out of them!!
